Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data CryptoRadar24 collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws.
Who we are
CryptoRadar24 is an independent editorial team publishing market analysis on crypto-radar24.com. We operate from the European Union. For any privacy-related request, contact: [email protected].
What we collect
We collect: (1) anonymized usage data via Google Analytics (pageviews, referrer, device type, approximate country); (2) server logs with IP address and user-agent, retained for up to 30 days for security; (3) email address if you voluntarily subscribe to updates. We do not require accounts and do not sell any data.
Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interest (security, site improvement) for server logs and aggregate analytics, and on your consent for non-essential cookies and newsletter subscriptions. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Third parties
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) processes anonymized analytics data. Affiliate links to exchanges (Bybit, KuCoin) place tracking cookies on your device only when you click them — see our Cookie Policy. We do not share personal data with advertisers or brokers.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Data retention
Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months by default. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Email list entries are retained until you unsubscribe.
